Once the market analysis is done, your budget and potential profit margin is determined, sign the import agreement and leave a deposit of $1000 to initiate the vehicle matching process. You will then be presented with a carefully curated selection of cars to choose from. Our expert team will manually scout the market and regularly send you updates on the upcoming cars from auctions and dealers in Japan sharing our knowledge and market insights to find and score your perfect investment match. Additionally for each car you will be presented with our assessment of the cars value, thorough condition report evaluations and translations and even car’s background checks!

Once your perfect match is found and secured it needs to be paid for in Japan. This payment is called FOB Japan and includes the price of the car at the auction together with all the costs within Japan.

Once we prepared the car for shipping and all relevant documentation is obtained you are required to pay for shipping. This covers all the freight costs for delivering the car from Japan to Australia including standard freight insurance.

Upon arrival to Australian port the car will be unloaded from the ship and undergo custom clearance and biosecurity inspection. You will then need to cover custom clearance costs associated with releasing the car from the port which is a part of your agreed «landed and complied» price.

Once released from port the car will be delivered to the compliance or engineering workshop to obtain certification required to be eligible for registration in Australia. At this time you will need to cover the fees associated with certification. The compliance process usually takes from about 10 business days.

Once the car is landed and complied it is ready to be prepared for sale. Our marketing team will take professional photographs and create a perfect description for your car to advertise on most popular marketing platforms like Gumtree, Facebook and Car sales. Our team will handle the whole process of sale arranging viewings and test drives for potential buyers, communicating with clients on your behalf, and taking care of all required paperwork! Additionally, our team can assist you with registration of the car and obtaining the RWC certificate as an additional service.
